On Thursday, March 10, 2011, Vanessa had a beautiful baby boy, Asher Akintoye. Finally, he has a name and it is perfect! From what I saw online Akintoye means Energy/power is efficient in itself. I will confirm this with the Mom and Dad when they have time to adjust and settle into their new lives. In the meantime, I will go with that.

I'm not sure when my first visit to see the new parents and the little guy will be, but I am hoping soon! Since it is a drive and I will want to stay longer than an hour or so, I want to make sure the time is good for the parents.
